<p><u><strong>13</strong></u><sup><u><strong>th</strong></u></sup><u><strong> September 2023 -</strong></u> After introducing the Ageing Well Public Talk series by Jitka, we will explore the ageing brain and how we can support our brain with cognitive maintenance. Cognitive maintenance is a programme of activities and discussion, aimed at general enhancement of cognitive and social functioning.</p>
