This PhD project relates to the wellbeing, workplace wellbeing, and emotion labour of ESOL teachers and volunteers (i.e. those teaching English to migrant and refugee-background learners) in the UK. The dataset for this phase of the project was collected online between October 2022 and May 2023. The survey includes anonymised participant employment and educational information, as well as three questionnaires relating to the ESOL teachers' wellbeing, workplace wellbeing, and emotion labour.
