MetaAcc Simulation Data

Data relating to the thesis:  Constraining Microbial Community Composition, Structure, and Function Within Acidic Geothermal Springs on São Miguel Island 

This contains the following:

1. Concatonated fasta files of the mix/bacteria/archaea sets that were used to generate the simulated metagenomes to test the effectiveness of the novel method

2. Coverage files that were used to generate the reads simulating the metagenomes

3. The results of the simulation
