Trophic State Prediction Test Set

Data relating to the thesis:  Constraining Microbial Community Composition, Structure, and Function Within Acidic Geothermal Springs on São Miguel Island 

The test set used to validate the trophic state model. This includes the following:

1) Pathways of each reference genome

2) Transporters of each reference genome

3) Genome sequence of each reference genome, which was given as the input for Gapseq analysis
