Generating geographical locative expressions

This item contains the sourcecode and core data files for the Open Street Map (OSM) gazetteer [osmgaz-master] and the Geographic Locative Expressions generation [pycaptioner-master] packages.

The packages contain all required data, however the OSM gazetteer also requires access to a local PostgreSQL installation that contains the OSM data.
