Deriving personas based on user attitudes to interruption and information overload

This poster, originally delivered at ECSCW 2019, covers the derivation of personas based on a survey of attitudes to privacy, interuption, control and information overload among users of connected applications and online services. It describes how a two stage clustering approach was taken to identify distinct groups of respondents, and then how the PATHY technique was applied to derive a set of five personas from these groups.
