Open-Source Small Ring Tensile Test Data write-up

This document describes all the file structure and format for the open-source dataset of small ring tensile tests performed on SS316L performed at multiple displacement rates. This document describes the image acquisition system as well as the CSV experimental outputs (raw and filtered).
