<p dir="ltr">Bullying is a persistent issue in the workplace globally and is prevalent in nursing. Filipino nurses form the largest Internationally trained nursing workforce in the UK. This research seeks to explore the lived experiences of Filipino women migrant nurses who were bullied in the NHS. Using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis methodology, the research questions are:<br>What are the bullying experiences of Filipino women migrant nurses in the NHS?</p><p dir="ltr">What are their views on whether their bullying concerns are heard?</p><p dir="ltr">Recruitment is purposive via professional and personal channels.Photo voice and semi-structured online interviews were used as data collection.</p><p dir="ltr">This podcast is based on the key points from the transcript of one participant.</p>
