Covid Conversation: Professor Umut Erel discusses her theatre-based methods and a co-produced film “Black Women Act” – a provocative challenge to the UK government’s No Recourse to Public Funds policy.

On #IWD we celebrate Umut Erel's important research with women from black and minority ethnic backgrounds. Her work is a great example of #choose to challenge. In this interview, Umut explains how using arts-based, theatre methods, she co-creates new knowledge with women in order to challenge the No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF) policy.
