This contribution comes from an undocumented migrant living in the Netherlands.

"Towards the end of the lockdown people visited the beach more often. I took on that particular day my book and a Kalimba along with me. The Kalimba instrument was a gift of my sister to me to cope easier with the isolation in the beginning. While I was reading my book a friend passed by and took that picture of me. Then as time passed the friend suggested a musical clip at the sound of the ocean and the light of the sun."

-----

This material is part of the Covid Chronicles from the Margins project, funded by The Open University and The Hague.
