Niloha is a Venezuelan refugee living in Wales. She is truly passionate about health and a living in a healthy style. She does not want to reveal her age but she is very proud of looking much better and younger than she is. During lockdown #1 she encouraged asylum seekers and refugees to exercise and be active outdoors as a way to cope with mental health issues, isolation, depression and anxiety.

This material is part of the Covid Chronicles from the Margins project, funded by The Open University and the International Institute of Social Studies in the Hague. The project aims to highlight the impact of the pandemic on refugees, asylum seekers and undocumented migrants.
