“Lockdown wasn’t easy for many people and at times I was one of those people.

What saw me through, was to have a daily routine, where I prayed in the morning and having a workout program. I joined Tiktok, it was very helpful in structuring short but effective workouts. On my routine I also added a slot to do something new, so I ended up learning about trading the market. I also did health and wellness courses online.

I’m proud to say I survived Lockdown. Although things will never be the same again, there’s progress.”
