Validation for Carbon Monoxide HMMs

 Data relating to the thesis:  Constraining Microbial Community Composition, Structure, and Function Within Acidic Geothermal Springs on São Miguel Island 

This is a set of proteins used to validate the HMM models constructed in the thesis.

These proteins are known to be actively involved in carbon monoxide oxidation.
