Uniprot IDs for Carbon Monoxide HMMs

dataset
posted on 2022-09-30, 13:31 authored by Vincent RennieVincent Rennie

Data relating to the thesis:  Constraining Microbial Community Composition, Structure, and Function Within Acidic Geothermal Springs on São Miguel Island

These are the Uniprot IDs used to construct each of the HMMs for carbon monoxide oxidation described in this thesis.

Note that in the thesis each of these were concatonated as it was not possible to construct HMMs that distinguished between variants (cdhA1 vs. cdhA2).

Therefore all the cdhA protein ids used can be generated by concatonating these files (cdhA1 + cdhA2 + cdhA3 = cdhA)
