Uniprot IDs for Carbon Monoxide HMMs

<p> Data relating to the thesis:  <a href="https://oro.open.ac.uk/84488" target="_blank">Constraining Microbial Community Composition, Structure, and Function Within Acidic Geothermal Springs on São Miguel Island </a></p> <p><br></p> <p>These are the Uniprot IDs used to construct each of the HMMs for carbon monoxide oxidation described in this thesis. </p> <p><br></p> <p>Note that in the thesis each of these were concatonated as it was not possible to construct HMMs that distinguished between variants (cdhA1 vs. cdhA2).</p> <p><br></p> <p>Therefore all the cdhA protein ids used can be generated by concatonating these files (cdhA1 + cdhA2 + cdhA3 = cdhA)</p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p>
