This PhD project relates to the wellbeing, workplace wellbeing, and emotion labour of ESOL teachers and volunteers (i.e. those teaching English to migrant and refugee-background learners) in the UK. The dataset for this phase of the project contains transcripts from semi-structured interviews collected online between May and July 2023. The interview questions related to the ESOL teachers' professional duties, wellbeing, workplace wellbeing, and emotion labour in ESOL teaching. Transcripts 1,2,3, and 4 are the pilot interview files and Transcripts 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 are the main study interview files. An approach to transcription and redaction file has also been provided for this dataset.
