dataset
posted on 2021-02-23, 14:54 authored by Jim HagueJim Hague
Database of two dimensional arterial trees grown using the SALVO method for the paper: "The role of vascular complexity on optimal junction exponents". Each zip file contains trees of different sizes for a specific metabolic coefficient. Examples of analysis can be found in the attached Jupyter script.
