Data relating to the thesis: Constraining Microbial Community Composition, Structure, and Function Within Acidic Geothermal Springs on São Miguel Island

These are both the raw .nwk and the png images of the phylogenetic trees constructed of specific genera identified within acidic hot springs in the Azores.

The original fasta files are concatonated by genera, containing both reference sequences pulled from fasta and ASVs extracted from the Dada2 analysis of 16S rRNA data
