Patiria miniata Genome version 2.0 and its annotation files were obtained from Echinobase.org (Cary, G.A., Cameron, R.A. & Hinman, V.F., 2018. EchinoBase: Tools for Echinoderm Genome Analyses. Methods in molecular biology , 1757, pp.349–369.)
These files represent data and results obtained during this thesis. Genome fasta files and their respective annotations are attached to allow loading onto IGV or other browser. Sources of those files are stated in the thesis text body.
