PFAM False positives for Carbon Monoxide HMMs

Data relating to the thesis:  Constraining Microbial Community Composition, Structure, and Function Within Acidic Geothermal Springs on São Miguel Island 

These are PFAM proteins associated to PFAM families that are known to give false positives for proteins that are sssociated with carbon monoxide oxidation.

These were used to determine the specificity of the carbon monoxide HMMs constructed.
