PFAM False positives for Carbon Monoxide HMMs

<p>Data relating to the thesis:  <a href="https://oro.open.ac.uk/84488" target="_blank">Constraining Microbial Community Composition, Structure, and Function Within Acidic Geothermal Springs on São Miguel Island </a></p> <p><br></p> <p>These are PFAM proteins associated to PFAM families that are known to give false positives for proteins that are sssociated with carbon monoxide oxidation.</p> <p><br></p> <p>These were used to determine the specificity of the carbon monoxide HMMs constructed.</p>
