Gatekeeper Project: MatKG Test Knowledge Graph

Test knowledge graph of the MatKG construction pipeline for digital coaching, developed in the scope of the GATEKEEPER project.

Walking.json includes a sample dataset from Samsung Health in its raw format. The dataset includes observations about physical activity.
Walking.fhir.json includes the same data in the FHIR format, generated by the first step of the MatKG pipeline.

Walking.norm.json includes a the result of the pre-processing step required to apply the RML mapping rules (second transformation step from FHIR to the HeliFit ontology).
Walking.turtle includes the final result of the transformation pipeline in turtle format.
