Gatekeeper Project: MatKG Test Knowledge Graph

<p>Test knowledge graph of the MatKG construction pipeline for digital coaching, developed in the scope of the GATEKEEPER project.</p> <p><br> <strong>Walking.json </strong>includes a sample dataset from Samsung Health in its raw format. The dataset includes observations about physical activity.<br> <strong>Walking.fhir.json </strong>includes the same data in the FHIR format, generated by the first step of the MatKG pipeline.</p> <p><strong>Walking.norm.json </strong>includes a the result of the pre-processing step required to apply the RML mapping rules (second transformation step from FHIR to the HeliFit ontology).<br> <strong>Walking.turtle</strong> includes the final result of the transformation pipeline in turtle format. </p>
