Annotated Non-cardiomyocytes from Integrated scRNA-seq Heart Dataset

After cardiomyocyte clusters were identified and removed, the remaining cells were re-clustered and annotated based on the expression of canonical markers. An unnormalised, annotated version of the dataset is shared here as an AnnData file, together with a text document describing the original datasets and metadata fields.</p>
