A subset of 100 real and deepfake face images

<p dir="ltr">This dataset is related to the following project:</p><p dir="ltr"><a href="https://doi.org/10.21954/ou.rd.c.8146037" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">Explainable Deepfake Detection: A Multi-Model Framework with Human-Interpretable Rationales for legal investigation purposes</a></p><p dir="ltr">A subset of 100 real and deepfake face images were chosen randomly from a dataset of images provided by the UK Home Office’s Deepfake Challenge. Through careful visual inspections, the subset was used for discovering features that are more likely to appear in deepfake images.</p><p dir="ltr">As images 1, 23 and 31 are Crown Protected and cannot be reproduced without permission, they have been removed from this subset.</p>
