<b>The equity and inclusiveness of employee training </b><b>programmes: a case study with a Dutch retailer</b>

<p dir="ltr">The aim of this research is to understand the inclusiveness of employee training in a retail environment, and identify opportunities to enhance the inclusiveness of employee training. This case study research aims to further academic knowledge on the inclusiveness of employee training, and provide practitioners with insights and recommendations on how to ensure all learners are included in their training programmes.</p>
