Data Management Plan for project "An Evaluation of the Baby Loss Support Network in aUK Police Service"
The proposed research seeks to assess both the effectiveness and reach of the support provided by the Baby Loss Support Network, as well as the training facilitated by the Stillbirth and Neonatal Death (SANDS) charity. Additionally, it aims to investigate the viability of implementing in-house training to extend support services.
Objectives:
1.Conduct an evaluation study to assess the effectiveness and value of the training provided by SANDS and the Baby Loss Support Network, examining its impact on both support providers and individuals returning to work following a loss. This evaluation will aim to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
2.Develop best practice guidelines based on the findings of the research, aiming to provide evidence-based recommendations for improving support mechanisms and training interventions related to baby loss within police forces nationwide, thereby contributing to the overall well-being and resilience of officers and staff across the UK.
